Terms & Conditions

 

Subscription pick up (+self-serve option) details:

  • All subscription pickups are scheduled to take place at Sonrise Farms, 1330 East 3000 North Road, Penfield, IL 61862 during farm store hours on Saturday, 10am-1pm.

  • When the farm store closes, all unclaimed items will be moved to the self-serve area located inside the big white sliding door of the red building to the right of the farm store.

  • When you make your pick up, please check the box by your name on the pick-up sheet which will be on the table between the refrigerator and freezer. If your name is not on the sheet, do not take any items! Contact Diane immediately via phone call at 217-419-8474.

  • If your items are refrigerated, they will be placed in the refrigerator labeled Self-Serve Refrigerator Pickup.  If your items are frozen, they will be placed in the upright freezer labeled Self-Serve Freezer Pickup.

  • You will have 7 days to pick up your subscription items. The self-serve area is open every day between 5am-10pm.

  • If your items are not claimed when the self-serve is restocked the following Saturday, those items will be discarded.

  • You have already purchased subscription & add-on items whether you pick them up or not. Your money will not be refunded for these products.

Farmigo Store Add-on purchases:

  • You can make one-time purchases of most farm store items through the Farmigo Store. These purchases will be added to your regular subscription pick up.

  • Any Farmigo Store Add-On purchases must be made by 8am Wednesday for Saturday pick up.

  • The Farmigo Store is open 2pm Saturday through 8am Wednesday.

How to make changes to your subscription:

  • All changes to your subscription must be made through your Farmigo Account.

  • Changes include permanent hold to your subscription, temporarily pause your subscription, and increase or reduce the quantities in your subscription.

  • All changes to your subscription and add-on purchases must be made 3 days prior to your next scheduled pickup.

Payment:

  • After signing up for a subscription, your card is kept on file in your Farmigo account. Your card will be charged for all products at 3am on the Thursday before your scheduled pick-up date

Inability to fill order:

  • If for some reason Sonrise Farms is unable to fulfill your subscription or add-on purchases in full, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the items which you do not receive.
