Sourdough Baking Classes
This video was originally designed to give class participants a step-by-step review of the sourdough bread recipe that we teach in our live class.
We are now offering the video and recipe to those who are unable to attend in-person, but would still like to learn from us.

This is an in-person class ~1 1/2 hours in length. You will learn how to use discard in your cooking/baking, be able to sample discard "goodies", and receive a copy of Diane's discard cookbook, Farmhouse Sourdough | 40 Sourdough Discard Recipes

This 2 hour beginner level class will give you all the tools and knowledge needed to confidently bake beautiful, delicious sourdough loaves.
Sourdough baking classes will be taught be Diane and Elizabeth who run our cottage bakery here on the farm and have over 4 years of experience with sourdough baking.
It is their desire to help you begin your sourdough baking journey by give you the tools and confidence to begin baking and experimenting with sourdough in your own kitchen.
They love baking sourdough. They love everything about it from start to finish. They love taking the simple ingredients of starter, flour, water and salt, and creating beautiful, nutritious loaves. Every time they pull a loaf out of the oven it brings them joy!
