What's for dinner? Do you ever get tired of that question? Today, I have quick and easy recipe to help you plan your next healthy meal.

It's winter time and we all want something warm and comforting for dinner. My family enjoys a hot bowl of soup on cold winter evenings. 

Before we get to the amazing recipe, here are a few thoughts about ingredients. Many people enjoy food that I prepare and ask for recipes. Sharing recipes is something I enjoy doing, but these same people often come back to me and say that their attempt tasted quite different than mine. Why? I am no gourmet cook. After much consideration, it seems that the lack of quality ingredients makes the difference in taste.
